I always look over a vehicle inside and out before the test drive. I also listen for any odd sounds during the drive. This happens even if the salesperson is with me or not.

It amazes me how these sales people can say the msrp is $75,000 like it's just so normal. Your prices are insane.

Amazing. They're using that boom truck to hold the pole from sliding over the hill, apparently since 2022. That's probably their oldest barely running boom truck, and it's sitting there collecting billable units. Awesome.

That low milage '16 LTZ Silverado is a beast. I've got the exact same truck with the 6.2 engine. 107K mila ge southern AZ truck. Shoppers better jump on it. 20 mpg around town.

The traverse is a hot seller now? The mid-cycle refresh with the updated facia definitely makes it look better, but I never knew it sold well. Do you guys have inbounds / deliveries for the next-gen traverses?

You guys probably ordered a 2WD Colorado because of the 4WD constraint. I've had to order a couple of 2WD because we didn't get a 4WD allocation.

Dave, a question Are the vehicles delivered to the dealership as per allocation loaded with all the extra?

Do you all have markup or added packages to your camaros? I was in the market a couple of months ago but opted for a mustang because all the ones I found within 500 mile radius had a markup or added package. I was looking for a LT1 or SS model at the time so was just curious.

Hey Dave, thanks for all the informative videos you put out and for being willing to share your expertise on here, I watched your video on "thinking about car sales" and it was super chockful of information, but do you have any advice on how to get a job in auto sales when you have no direct auto industry experience, sales experience or degree? Would the big dealerships like Nissan/Honda/Toyota/Ford/Chevy/etc. be willing to hire someone if they smashed the interview and had something like retail/hospitality/food service as experience? or would the best path to take be to work at a smaller used lot first or something like carmax? I've also heard of people starting as car washers/detailers and eventually being given the opportunity to dip their toes in sales but what's the best way to "get your foot in the door"? I've done some digging around online and I can't seem to find any good information on that but maybe I'm just not looking in the right places or maybe I should just "cold call" salesman and ask the best way to get into the industry. If you can answer or maybe consider it a potential video in the future it'd be appreciated

When I ordered my Bolt in December my dealership required a thousand deposit that was non refundable if I canceled the order. Because I've been waiting so long I'm sure they would have refunded it if I decided to cancel. Since I've been told the vehicle will be built all that is moot. I still don't have a build date. For your certified vehicles you don't sell them "cosmetically as is" correct? Since CPO paperwork says it needs to be free off all blemishes, dents, and body damage.

Interesting how the deposit works… when I bought my 2021 Camaro I made a $1,000 deposit but after everything was signed and I drove off with it, I got refunded that deposit. I thought that was standard
