Thank you for noticing our struggle. As master procrastinators it only makes sense for us ENFPs to also procrastinate negative feelings and obligations🤷😂
Great advice ! Also enenagram 7, they may force themselves to be happy, or fake it (defense mechanism). And later, they may say people and the world are insane. Protect yourself, take care of your mental health, it's ok so say "No", to avoid people or even cut them from your life.
I have that on top of being an architect. I know one ENFP and he's their poster child. 20 texts a day, no predictability, chaotic and yet oddly hilarious and adorable. I like him but I dont know why, he just seems like good television.
