@@ymiikm7824 well zwei is the only one with a usable move outside of crouch poke, but has way less AR so no one runs it except giga chads who make bad players panick roll.
@@alexholmes8714 watchdog greatsword try it mfs don’t use it for some reason I don’t know if it’s faster or anything but it’s moveset is slightly different than ugs mostly the heavies which are nice over hand and a underhand follow up but it’s the shortes colossal sword scales nicely with frost too
I've started a build around the zweihander charged heavy as well. Haven't tried RKR as the ash but after seeing this I'm going to! I also use the partisan! Good content, it was hilarious seeing tarnished disappear.
I'm not sure if I'm more impressed by the damage, or the poise. You can clearly see that people don't expect that to hit by the way they charge in. So much confidence, only for a moment.
@@filippogrimaldi7228 High damage doesn't mean it's broken. Just because I can put it on my pokey stick and poke people for a lot of damage ONCE and it's possible to one shot with it doesnt mean it's as broken as host and his two phantoms spamming non stop spells and incantations
A recipe for a future build: lance in offhand, iron cleaver in main. Quickstep on cleaver, whatever on lance. Charge attack buffs and quickstep into charge attack with cleaver. Lance for counter pokes when you can't get a charged attack off with cleaver. It's my own build, I've never seen it used by anyone on RU-vid and I love messing around with it. I've got clips if you'd like to see some funny duels
@@putridarium it's disgusting with high poise medium roll, the charge takes a while to get off and I've been knocked out of it before but it's something to try

Lol that poke they never see coming. They are always looking for the crouch before the poke because hardly anyone knows the two hander ans the claymore have r2 charge pokes
Not trying to say it’s not impressive, but roll catching with crouch poke is really easy for anyone remotely good. Most people just panick roll too and you can basically react to them rolling and it catches every time

Just a bunch of Str & Poise stacking TBH, can see even when you're outplayed you don't get interrupted and with the talismans/physick/etc it's going to be a one shot. Unfortunately I can see it's still ridiculously laggy, hopefully by the time this rumored "PVP DLC" hits it's worked out a bit.
Exactly, Carlos! The entire idea of the build is to either bait them in or time the charged r2 at the right time to connect and destroy. The entire idea of my build is to tank and one shot, I don’t understand the confusion lol.
I had a dude try this on me at the magic academy gates, I wasn't too worried. He went for a charged heavy and I used raptor of the mist with dual whips and killed him. Good thing he didn't hit me with that lmao 😅
Such exhilarating gameplay. Nerf damage across the board fromsoft. I need more engaging combat. Tired of 1-2 hitting and getting the same. Cool vid but yea the pvp is just not fun this way

There are much more abusive mechanics in this game than a charge attack with a two second windup. It’s not my fault people decide to walk into it instead of… idk… dodging maybe?
