challenge mode would be cool if it was more like the pact of punishment in hades, you could just turn on whichever modifiers you want in exchange for more hegemony credits and such.

For the Dragun's second phase in Challenge Mode, you never want to dodge roll diagonally. Horizontal dodge rolls will work better. I'm very excited for the modded Challenge Mode runs, I hope this advice comes in handy for those.

I really like the idea of combing the Eden type randomized character with one or two modifiers that persist for an entire floor to create a daily challenge. I don't know if that is realistically able to be implemented with mods. Especially if you want everyone to have access to the same challenge. You would want it to automatically generate itself daily, because building a challenge everyday by hand would be so much work. But if it's set up to randomize a challenge, I don't know how you make it to where everyone gets the same challenge. It's an interesting thought. The other thing to consider is whether or not certain modifiers combined with randomized character stats could possibly create an unwinnable scenario. The only thing I would add, if someone did want to try to build a daily challenge mode like this, is maybe have one persistent modifier for each regular chamber, and two for each secret floor. But what is the reward for doing a daily? Reto tossed out the idea of keeping some sort of score, but implementing an online scoreboard seems like it might not be feasible. I don't know enough about modding to know whether or not this is something that is possible to do, but it is certainly a very interesting idea. If you're familiar with DemonCrawl, there is a mode called Hero Trials, and I think that's the kind of mode that Reto is looking for from a daily challenge. I'm gonna be thinking about this all day now.

Seeing as Expand the Gungeon brings changes to Challenge Mode, will you be altering it further to fix problems such as the one with Orbital Bullets shown in this video, if the code allows it? I think that would be rad. In case you do, I'd also like to report a problem with Devolver Rounds and Ghost of the Shell (an Arrowkin can become a ghost even if it WAS a ghost).

Some of the more complex bugs with DD20 are not a high priority to fix. However I did fix a major bug where you can get trapped in a room if you are teleported to a new combat room while Zone Control was active (so it should be safe to use Teleporter Prototype now!)

The last test should be DD20 Rainbowrun Blessing +Curse Shrine. If you can beat that, you can beat anything this game could ever throw at you.

Last phase of dragon is insanely fast, and I constantly play on turbo and think it's near impossible not to get hit without a blank

I'm looking for ideas for items related to reto and his channel to make for his mtg series. All I need is the idea I can (try) to code it and do the sprite. If you only have a name or affect I can try to come up with the other part. If you want your youtube name in the description of the item as credit for the part(s) you did just say and if you dont again just ask. I've gotten good ideas but not really related to reto I'm sorry but for now I'm just doing stuff related to reto atm. guns aren't off the table but I'm still learning how to make them so I dont know if I'll be able to do much with them. I'm new to modding but ill do my best but I can't promise anything. also, I have absolutely no clue how to make melee weapons and I dont really want to learn how to yet, so no melee weapons.
