Bhai thanks for this video ♥️ I have one request agar apke koi known person/friend ke pas 7000 wala domyos ka bench ho tow please iska ek detailed video leke aao that is it really sturdy while doing excercise and it can really lift 220kg ? Becoz it looks to me like the Kobo foldable bench available on Amazon for around 6000 and that not sturdy at all !

Welcome bro. I saw that kobo bench looks almost the same. But I have more trust in decathlon, in case of any problem they do return the product. When i used the bench for the short time, it did feel stable. But then again testing with real weights will give more insight. They claim it to have 220 capacity including weight of the user. Benching 100 kg wont be a problem in it, thats what i think. I will surely do a full testing if i find it somewhere 🙌

Sir can we do triceps pull down comfortably And sir do they make noise while doing lay pull down

Yes you can easily to triceps pull down and lat pull down also. And noise not much but the pulley that moves the cable will make slight noise which is normal!

1.47 wats the purpose of those rollers .. aren't dey placed at awkward position ... I hv considered it buying lot of times but couldn't get to try it at store ... Most of the items are out of stock in Goa store

Those rollers on the bench are used to stuck your legs, so that you can work on your abs while doing crunches. They are also removable if you dont want them. Yes, sometimes things go out of stock coz of demand. Try to order online, may be

Great video. Thank you. Can you tell us how did you find the quality of home gym? Does it shake when you work out? I am a beginner and will start with less weights and increase the reps over time. Will this be a good machine for toning and muscle building?

Thanks! Quality sure is there. As there is a stack of weights so it doesn't shake much while working out. good for Home use but obviously we can't compare it with the heavy machines available at a commercial gym.

Compact hone gym is strong ah? I have read it have upto 60kg weights But in one review one had said above 30 kgs its not stable some shaking happens

Bro may be that was true for that user but as far as I know when I used it at the store for some 15 mins. There weren't any issues although the one who is using it for a long time can tell that better

Sir ji !! Please if you can help with my query. Should I get proper 20kg olympic barbell or regular barbell with 28mm plates. I have never worked out with regular (28mm shaft) barbell, so no idea, but want to buy some bars and plates as gym are not opening still and can't overload dbs.

Reason for the ask is.. I see regular bars are very cheap and since it is just till gyms get opened (may be 6 months), so if there are no major cons to that cheap barbell, then I'll go for it. For reference, I am intermediate level lifter. Lifts ranging around 80-140kg weight.

Hey man! You sure can buy a cheaper barbell for now. If it is only for a short period of time. No problem in that. But if you are serious about your lifting then go for an Olympic barbell which is standard 20kg with 50mm plates in it, its Shaft is 28mm

The thinner and cheaper ones will have thinner shaft compared to standard 28mm shaft

So while squatting and bench pressing heavy, 28mm gives better grip for the lift!!

If your purpose is to just workout for sometime only at home until gyms open. Then you CAN go for cheaper option as you won't be lifting later at home. But i think you can try and find cheaper olympic barbells also at any local dealer around. If not, cheaper one will also do the work. Coz you have been working out with dumbells only. So barbell be it any will anyway give you good burn & gains ✌️💪💪

Hey, I'm working on my home gym i have around 70kgs 25mm cast iron weights, i customised a half rack with lat pull down from bodylean fitness, but i forgot to tell them about my 25mm weights and they made it for 50mm Olympic weights, i bought the cast iron weights for 60 per kg, do you know any cheaper pvc or cast iron 50mm weights below 70 per kg

@@SubodhRawat yeah, they sell only standard 25mm weights, I'm fine even with pvc, because the weights are always gonna stay on the rack, i wouldn't be using them on the floor for any other excercises

यह जो इंडियन लोकल टाइप के होम जिम होते हैं यह किसी काम के नहीं होते यह प्रॉपर नहीं चलतेअगर अच्छी तरह से एक्साइज करना चाहते हो तो कोई अच्छा सा जिम जॉइन करो क्योंकि वहां की मशीनें सारी कमर्शियल होती है और अगर होम जिम लेना चाहते हो और आपका बजट उसके लिए अच्छा होना चाहिए तीन चार कंपनियां अच्छी है जैसे fitline/ cosco/ नॉर्टस यह कंपनियां काफी अच्छी है लेकिन थोड़ी सी महंगी है
