Yess im the same I really enjoy decluttering and find it relaxing too and that feeling afterwards when you look around the room knowing that everything in it is only stuff you really want and need and there’s no useless clutter laying around.. BEST FEELING 👌🏼
Its so refreshing to see someone who really understands that kids do not need a huge variety of toys and decor in their rooms and taking over the rest of the house!

@@Janaleigh some people live to moan don’t they 😂 . My husband says that you could cure cancer and someone would moan you didn’t do it sooner ! I actively look for RU-vidrs who post longer videos . It’s like an episode of your favourite show … you want half an hour or an hour ❤️

Yes I do hide the declutter pile lol I try to get the donations out of the house within a day or two so they aren’t laying around for the kids to get into 😆
I would be exactly the same with the back pack. They go through different characters so quickly. When Ben was a tiny dot it was Cocomelon, then The Wiggles, now it's vtech marble runs and he's just literally turned 4 and he's still into Peppa Pig. I don't know how long that will last. I do have bins with bigger clothes in. I found Changing the bed over was the biggest frustration. We were given a single bed but somehow it took up the whole room, so I got a bed that expands from cotbed to single by adding extra bits of mattress and pulling the bed length out further. Ben's not into costumes but he loved playing with his 2 bean bags outside since they had sports day this summer. He wouldn't use them indoors. Do you have many kids friends over for play dates? I find his dinosaur Figures, paw patrol stuff Benjamin doesn't play with but Alice does when she comes over. I should have just given them to her mum when they went home. Benjamin doesn't have a bedside table, nice to have somewhere to store these other furniture items. Thanks for sharing xx
Yeah they do go through favourites quickly hey I can guarantee Elmo won’t last long! Yeah the girls have play dates with friends but I’ll usually set up some arts and crafts for them to do or we will bake together/decorate cookies or they play outside, they don’t tend to play with toys when they have friends over. My bestfriends daughter is my sons age so when she comes to visit the kids play together but I’ll usually get the animals and blocks out for them or they pull my pots and pans out and use them as toys 😆
