I do tangent (related to my diagnoses). So forgot to come back to summarising what happened regarding diagnoses. I have put more detail with more clarity, in storytelling form in my self-published books, with themes of relationships with disabilities.

I don't make a profit on my books. They were very challenging projects and I feel I have one more book inspired by my experience. It's exceptionally difficult to write something of that scale, with the disabilities I have (affecting short-term memory etc).
Part of my creative process is actually decluttering and culling stuff I no longer need. I keep photos as visual diaries, write notes in scrapbooks, paint etc which helps me to organise the main themes and storyline.
My creative process has helped me to process grief and trauma. It's also given me a sense of meaning and purpose.

In New Zealand, mental health services take moderate to severe cases to see a psychiatrist, who sorted my medications for bipolar disorder. Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC) pays for therapy for PTSD, as it's classified as an injury.
I am still always tired but today, I felt like I had a more productive day.
