I'm so excited to be seeing you three times a week now. It's given me something to look forward to. Your videos helped me with my Grief when I lost my mother in 2020 and I hope that us showing up to work with you is helping you like it has helped so many of us. My love sent to you. You are like a true friend or even sister somedays❤
I had just gotten into the Facebook group for Get Organized and then Facebook locked me out of my account. 😅 So glad the whole event isn’t on Facebook!
Diane, our homeschool co-op meets weekly and we have a very popular "free table." We bring anything and everything to share--- clothes, toys, books, dishes, home decor, you name it. It is a weekly swap party. From toddler to parent, everyone loves it. ❤️ What doesn't get taken goes to a shelter.
Love having you back online with us 3 times per week. I’m so sorry for your loss of your Mum. We lost my grandma at 104 yo 2 weeks ago and it’s been sad. I did find the vintage dresses she gave me though and took them to the dry cleaners last week. I feel so proud I used my plan and play day, and Errand day to honor her memory.
Love that you‘re currently doing three videos a week! ❤❤❤❤❤❤ Every one of them really makes me go up and do things. You are very inspiring! Can‘t wait for some more reading tips or selfcare ideas. Diane, you‘re simply THE BEST! 🎉 Thank you!

Always appreciate your check-ins and providing words of encouragement. 2 more blouses & pair of leggings decluttered and it's only 7am! Happy Friday everyone have a good weekend ❤
It was wonderful having three videos from you this week. They were all very inspiring. Today I did my weekly home blessing - I dusted while I watched you, then vacuumed afterwards. I'm going to pack up my decluttered items this weekend and get them ready to go to the charity shop near me. Thanks again for the videos. I always appreciate that you don't do annoying ads in the middle of your videos. Have a wonderful, quiet weekend.
So lovely to see Tweet and Sparky!!! I remember when I first found you on RU-vid that sometimes they’d be chirping in the background! So cute! Thank you for all your motivation. I definitely need to sort out shopping bags they just accumulate especially when looking round universities! 🎉🎉🎉xxx
🎉Thanks for keeping it real Diane. Just 2 items from the closet this time but it's 2 items you no longer need to manage, move around, look at, think about. It all adds up! Hope you have a very blessed weekend!⏲🌷
Decluttered 10 items today, listed on local buy nothing group, also items on the local "Craigslist/Zweite Hande." Out out out!!! Even gave away my overflow of ripe figs from tree, as well as seeds from summer wildflowers. Have lots more to go but making progress.
Thank you for your motivation - 6 large bin bags of clothes removed - yay!! Listened to you whilst I decorated and decluttered my office - hot work but you really helped - thank you for cheering up a loooong job x
I felt a little down, but just went ahead and cleaned out the garage. There was some overdue rubbish there and I dreaded it for quite some time and it took only an hour and some. I still feel a little down, but at least one looming task can be crossed from the list.
I can totally understand the need for a variety of outdoor clothing. Because of our weather, wind, rain, snow, cold etc. I have a closetful of coats to cover all the bases and most of them have a hood which is usually necessary in our climate. Life is so much simpler in the summer when the weather is nice. The other day it was windy, rainy and 11C, today windy, sunny and 22C. One thing that is constant - the wind 🍃 .Tweety and Sparky, so cute.
Thank you Diane. I've recently decluttered 4 bags of items I wasn't using. Your new decluttering series is helping me to really be choosy about what I really want to hold on to and what I can pass on to others to use.😊
Hey Diane, I'm really enjoying the decluttering series 😀 I love a good bag & really like the Danish one which is my favourite colour & your new one which is very practical 👍😊
Hi! A jumper in the US can be a sleeveless one piece dress that can be worn over a blouse or knit top. It is usually featured in the fall. Love your energy!
Thanks for another inspiring video. I have several coats and jackets also because our weather can go from 100 degrees F today to 0 degrees in January 😂. Have a wonderful, restful weekend.
The other thing that I am noticing about my older coats is how heavy! They are. Don’t know if it is just me but I don’t want to wear a 10 pound coat to weigh me down, too many light, warm fabrics and styles to choose from these days. And I can always layer. Getting rid of all those heavy, heavy coats.
🕊🌿🌷✨Keeping up with routines, tending to some decluttering, and going to a birthday party! Slow & steady, with time for breaks & celebration with friends. Looking forward to the organizing event!
I would love to see how you pack for your vacations. You have gone on some amazing trips over the years and you must be an expert on minimal packing. I find hair and makeup supplies take up a lot of space. Please consider a video on this topic!
One in, one out. This week I tossed a pair of old, saggy, boring black work pants, but I acquired a new swishy, shimmery, colourful, layered skirt which I’ll be wearing to an end of term, bellydance dance party. Fair swap!
Oh I have so many bags I need to go through. You have given me so much inspiration for me to get some things done this weekend since I have been sick the last few weeks. I am so excited to get started ❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉
Yes, I've got my ticket. Rah, rah, rah! I'm hoping to get on with the decluttering this weekend. My local bookstore gave me a load of boxes to be able to put things until they honour the door 🙌🏽🙌🏽. To find new homes for everything is harder than decluttering!!! I'll also get to my puzzle 🤞🏽. Have a lovely weekend. Take care xxxx
Thank you for always giving of your time and talent to inspire others . I just joined and am looking forward to getting my house in order when I recover from my Covid
As I was watching you talk about the blue jacket I thought about one that I keep 'moving around'. I stopped the video and went to try it again. Okay. In the box it goes. Sometimes all we need is a reminder to let things move on to a more suitable owner!🥰
Love your videos, I first did the fly lady methods in the early 80s, with the book" S.H.E sidetracked home executives." Still have the book. It works! Trying to get back to it, your videos are a definite plus.
Like you I have a lot outdoor clothes; living in Scotland and walking a lot with the dog or into town they're a necessity! I always laugh when told to get rid of anything you haven't worn in the last year - I have summer clothes for holidays abroad that I never need at home and as I don't go abroad every year they don't get used that much but need to be kept🙂.
I’m a walker (for fun and getting around). I have so many jackets because I need to dress for the weather. I do try to keep it down to the basics, but we have four seasons to keep in mind. I did get rid of some I shrank out of!
I decluttered my coats along with you. Perfect timing! I found one that I no longer wear and will be donated to the charity shop. Thanks again for the motivation.
I like seeing all your jackets, especially the pink ones. That's a cheery colour for dreary days! I'm working on clearing out colours that don't make me feel good, and am ending up with lots of blues, pinks and a bit of mauve. They're much happier colours for the cloudy rainy days ahead in Brittany in the winter. Bon weekend!
Agree - bought a coral one two years ago because brightening up gloomy days is always good. Unfortunately we’ve gone straight from winter to summer and it hasn’t gotten out much! 🤣
I feel so much more relaxed with setting up these daily routines. I look almost everyday if I have things I haven't been using. I like that you say your inventory us personal and depends on your needs and might be different from others. I wish they would stop making everything in plastic that is really not recyclable. I donate mostly as I have no swap buddies since my children are all grown. We used to swap clothes all the time. I am now down to a core wardrobe, rah, rah, rah!
I’m decluttering a short blue trench style jacket because I never wear it. I have also put a top in the box to go because it’s neck is too low. I have a lot of jackets too that I wear in the summer. I also have a few good waterproof warm coats. The warm coats are packed upstairs until later in the year.
💐Diane, I just started watching your videos again this morning. I have been going through a hard time emotionally for a while for different reasons. I sat and cried with you for your dear mother as I was with mine when she died of Alzheimer’s at the age of 97. You are such an inspiration and comfort to me today. I have been very discouraged in my private life feeling like a failure. You are like a bright light of hope to me. Thank you🤗🩷🌷🌸
I remember when I was first in the UK someone complimented me on my "jumper", and I didn't know they meant my pullover sweater! I learned that what in America we call a jumper is a "pinafore" in the UK. I then purchased a little British English/ American English dictionary that I still use from time to time! Loved checking in with Sparky and Tweet 😊😊
Love the new series. I have been thinking about getting our very small entrance hall and closet cleaned out. With fall looming, you inspired me to get at it. We live near lake Superior and have long cold winters. I decluttered the lightweight gloves that were very worn and got the rest washed and ready. Also checked winter scarves and made a note of items needed. While I was at it, I chucked out several pairs of gardening gloves that were well past their prime. Jackets were checked and readied. Moved the shoe rack and winter boots out of the way and wiped the floor. The only thing left is to put the boots on the rack and the shoes in the closet at the first sign of snow ( which up here could be anytime after mid Sept.). Wow, an hours work and its all done and ready for the cold months ahead. Thanks for the motivation! LLAP🖖 Ps. Will you be taking Tweet and Sparky with you when you move? They are such lovely birds.
Wonderful to declutter three times this week. I love your navy fashionable rain coat that you kept. Several of the other raincoats were also beautiful! I started thinking about how I never had any raincoats for myself or now at 69. I always bought rain gear for my husband and two sons, even as adults. It will be fun to go shopping for rain gear for myself. Enjoyed seeing Sparky and Tweet! Have a great weekend! Thank you for inspiring me to continue with the decluttering this week! CB
Have a calm weekend! Its the last one before back to school for me, so very much hope in relaxed and slow weekend for myself :-) Greetings from Lithuania! 💛💚❤
