30 years ago, a few months after I left atheist to Biblical theism, I met a couple who invited me around to their place and we'd watch Jack van Impe videos. He then gave me a cassette set on the entire book of Daniel. Fantastic series. Daniel was perhaps the first complete book of The Bible I read.
The thing that amazes me about Daniel is that most people don't know who and why someone would be in a position to keep waiting until they reach the 1,335 days when to me it is abundantly obvious and if fact slightly humorous the manner is which the angel addreses Daniel at the end of his book. He is essentially told when he will arise (on Day 1335) and then he is told to go rest and that he wilk arise at the "end of days" which is this Day 1335.

Legs of iron. Feet of iron and clay. One version I read about the feet is iron being government, clay being the people, patriotism or nationalism. So they cannot bond and can easily break. But Im open to different veiws.
Read Daniel 2 for your self people. The feet of partly clay and iron are not interpreted as a Christian nation mixed with Islamic countries. If we follow Daniel 7 and Daniel 8 we see those toes are ten kingdoms divided from the Roman Empire and the clay is Papal Rome Empire (The Head is the Pope). I did not see any Islamic nations mentioned in Daniel's prophecy.

Well unless you were around 2000 years ago and fit all the qualifications of the Messiah (Daniel 9:25-26 & Isaiah 9:6) and the fact that He is coming again soon to judge a world that rejects Him and to set up His kingdom of peace (Daniel 7:13-14 & Isaiah 9:7), sorry buddy, the job description has already been filled. But you can meet Yeshua Messiah without fear when you put your faith in His atonement for your sin to make you right with G-d (Isaiah 52:13-53)😄

Daniel 9:26 calls him “…the prince (נָגִיד/nāḡîḏ) who is to come…” & then states that he will make a covenant with the nation of 🇮🇱 only to subsequently break it (per verse 27).

Hi I enjoy watching your videos. I’m a Christian, I just wanted to say even though Rome is supposedly the centre of the Christian world. It was a large large amount of Christians. Do not follow the Roman church. Especially in modern times. I’m really sorry you’ve been persecuted. Really really sorry. There are Jews in my ancestry which makes me quite proud.

Pretty much. Roman Catholism is a blended religion, partly Christian but with heavy influences from the ancient Roman religion which in turn has sone flavours from the Mesopotamian cults. Very early in Christian history, tye Church in Rome began to be a pain in the rear, bishop Stephen adopted serious heresies in the second century and Rome wanted to be the seat of church authority when church authority was supposed to be shared with all the bishops with most being in the eastern Mediterranean. After Judea and particularly after the first century, Syria was to be for centuries the brains of the Christian movement.
Daniel 9 was fulfilled with Yeshua's baptism/annointing at the start of his ministry. 457BC decree to rebuild Jerusalem by Artexerxes until 27AD when Yeshua was announced by John the Baptist (Malachi 3) the one crying in the wilderness to prepare the way = 483 years (7 sevens + 62 sevens), exactly as prophesied. Then Yeshua was cut off after that, the Passover Lamb of God. He proved it in every way. Of tribe of Judah, son of David, born in Bethlehem, every detail of Isaiah 53 fulfilled, he arrived exactly when prophesied and expected and He is returning soon, not as the Lamb but as the Lion.
@@Hughf2 The blood of animals is not sufficient to remove sins from us. A soul that sins must die. And all of us have sinned. So God told us not to sacrifice humans for he has provided that partly human and divine (Jesus Christ). The name of Jesus- means he shall save people from their sins. This is all Illustrated in Abraham's story instead of sacrificing Isaac his son, God told him not to sacrifice his son, because He had already promised to give his Son for the sacrifice- Jesus Christ. Christ died once and for all so we might have eternal life through him. Blessings!
