I literally tried everything and even called their troubleshooting dept after I tried everything and they were no help. This completely fixed it. So thankful!!
My problem was a bit different. Mine just shut off with no red light or beep while cleaning or charging. I called the company and they gave me some troubleshoot which is for sure on their manual. Didn’t work. I tried what this video shows a couple of times and now my debit is cleaning like a magic!! Thank you!
Excellent, I hope it stays functional for a long while but these tools don't last forever. They have a lifespan. I eventually swapped out the brush motor to extend to life of mine. That vid is on my channel as well. Thanks -

I have been trying to find this fix for my Deebot for about 2 months! Had the exact same battery issue and was so close to buying a new battery (but couldn’t find one!) Back to clean floors again.
Cory Thompson so glad it worked. funny thing is, now mine seems to have a belt or cog issue and makes an awful noise when it runs. Looking for answers now on that. I will try to fix that and get a new video posted for that problem ASAP.
Thank you so much for sharing the fix you found from another video. It worked for my M80 also! The battery contacts stopped working after an accidental flip over of Deebot. Hooray!!!
If the metal contacts can't make contacts with the battery then there's no juice. This happens with a lot of different battery powered equipment so check this first before throwing stuff away.

Great video first one I've found close to what I'm looking for my yeedi mop and vac . With no help from yeedi. I found ecovac makes my battery. Mine saws low battery and then just goes off. I'm trying to find a simple way to recharge it.
Mine did not charge, it was able to locate the charging station but not to charge when it got on top of it, I tried the same, pull the connector pins a little and that solved my issue. Thanks.
Its giving you a code. Clean all your brushers and remove all the hair from them. The sensors are picking up restriction in the brushers. It did it to mine.
I cleaned everything I could as well as I could before taking the steps in the video. It didn't fix my issue but i will say keeping it clean is important and I would try that first. Thanks for the comment.
Great tip! I'm trying it now. Mine appeared to charge then died seconds after launching the vac. Could still be the battery. I found a battery on aliexpress for $50 with shipping. It's also on Amazon $70 but still ships from China.
I've realized maintaining this stupid thing is much more annoying than just pulling out a regular vacuum and vacuuming yourself! I'm done with all this useless technology!
