Hello, I purchased an Ecovas T20 product and the charging station does not work at all. I did the steps in the video and it did not work. The robot works but the station does not work. What should I do?
Just remove the base attached with 3 screw....then there are 6 screw on the plate but hidden under black rubber.,.. when u tuch the rubber n press a bit u will understand where is the screw. Just open that screw & pull up the plate then u can replace that connector...
@@ecovacstechnicalsupport5278 Do you have a video showing this process? I have an auto-empty station with a loose charging plate that slides forward/backward.
Pull the black cover around the charging plate and correct the plates. I have same issue, and I fix it without removing any screws. I have deebot t8, same as the video
Hi, i have just bought a new N10 plus but whenever i put it on the empty station it is not charging (although it is connected to electricity and the light at the top is on) Who can I find out if the issue is from the robot or the station and how can I fix it?
Check manually first weather charger Charging connector touch properly with deebot charging connector or slightly up or down....for testing purpose plz remove the top plate so you can check eaisly....I hope after removing the top cover it will return back eaisly...means charger is slightly lower...just put 1mm paper or something to make it slightly higher that's all
I have this issue, if the water tank is fitted (empty or filled with water) , the t8+ is not charging because it is not touching the charging plates, if I removed the water tank tank, it is setting and touchin the plates and changing. I tried to put small paper but same issue. How to fix this issue? @@ecovacstechnicalsupport5278
The wire isn’t detachable, it’s coming from inside, but it’s not able to charge the vacuum or I feel it doesn’t even turn on, would it be possible to fix it? Could you please give an email or a contact you by any chance.
