My grandmother used to make this snack and we call it Achumuruku.Achu in tamil is mould.every deepavali this is a must.you can buy the mould at any Indian grocery shop.in fact during deepavali time you can buy ready made achumuruku flour and just add the wet ingredients to make it.

I put my hot mould inside the flour mix but it's didn't stick on the mould. Is it my mould too watery?
