My grandmother used to make this snack and we call it Achumuruku.Achu in tamil is mould.every deepavali this is a must.you can buy the mould at any Indian grocery shop.in fact during deepavali time you can buy ready made achumuruku flour and just add the wet ingredients to make it.

The ingredience: 1.Two types of flour: (i)100 gram of Self plain flour (ii)100 gram of rice flour...is this correct...because I here self rice flour?
