Gillan , Glover and Paixe give the reason to Ritchie Blackmore on a Lot of things about for example Paice and Ritchie jamming with Phil Lynott of Thin Lizzy and Ritchie and Ian Paice said maybe he's a replace for Glover and Ritchie told to Paice:" Why do this to Glover Is not doing nothing wrong! And on the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame this 3 guys ( Glover,Gillan and Paice) Don't allow Coverdale and Hughes shares the stage only later with other bands Coverdale and Hughes can performed on stage but without Gillan . Morse and Airey both guys maybe someday can Jam with Ritchie on Rainbow tour Is just a idea , Gillan still afraid with Ritchie and Glover and Paice too .

Too bad it's a one way street with Ritchie... like Gillan once said... there's only room for one ego on that stage 🤣🤣

Dragging the name through the mud ? How ? The only albums that dragged the name through the mud are Slaves & Masters and CTTB (an argument for Burn and Strombringer as no Gillan or Glover) in fact Now What and Infinite both sold way more than The Battle Rages On and House Of Blue Light. The new album too is looking great, first two singles dropped have both been given really good reviews. Every album with Steve Morse has been epic and as much as I love Lord and Blackmore the band has remained relevant, making great and interesting albums, selling out arenas worldwide and giving fans what they want, which is content. If it’s not your cup of tea don’t listen but to say “dragging through the mud” just isn’t true, btw Now What was the best selling rock album in Europe in 2013 and Infinite actually won Rock album of the year in 2017 so they’re doing just fine thank you very much.

@@lukethebody sorry Luke . Wrong every album with stevie epic? Maybe one or two. The rest had a couple of good songs but the rest was boring and sounds nothing like purple. House of blue light sold three million copies easy.

If Purple aren’t your cup of tea don’t listen, it’s simple, meanwhile the rest of us are really enjoying the last few albums 🙂

Technical knowledge yeah Steve Morse is more knowledgeable but Ritchie in his prime if he put his mind to it could easily copy anything Steve Morse or anyone else could do. Jurgen can play I seen him a few other videos he could hold is own. Dale

When Jurgen was a member of "Over The Rainbow", a Rainbow tribute band started (That is not meant to be as dismissive as it sounds) by Joe Lynn Turner and featuring members from Rainbow, Ritchie tried to sue Jurgen to prevent him from using the name Blackmore. It didn't work.

@@walterpen371 to be fair, Ritchie had thrown the water bottle at the cameraman, not at band members. RB had ordered that no cameramen were allowed to be on the stage, and that guy continued to film from behind Lord and Gillan.

Удивительное событие. Deep Purple вместе с Блэкмором. Пока что с Блэкмором-младшим. Надеюсь когда нибудь Гиллан сможет забыть старые обиды и вместе выступить уже с самим Блэкмором-старшим. А Юрген внешне похож на своего знаменитого отца, хотя стиль игры на гитаре другой. И здесь, в этой аранжировке, Пеплы неслучайно сделали упор на гитарное звучание, клавиш почти не слышно

Last time I saw Dixie Dregs was two years ago- mind-blowing! They did a good sized tour with the original line-up. We can only hope and dream they do it every year now that Purple is retired.
