@@SuperPrince1007 I always say how lucky We are to have witnessed such legendary talent from the 60's -80's. I remembered listening to the radio all day and never w As a song played to make me want to turn it off. 😋
This has got to be the best live performance of Deep Purple's Perfect Strangers ever. I'm a huge fan of Robert Plant because of the sheer power of his voice but right now as we speak he couldn't sing as well as Ian Gillan does in this video in 2022. You still have it Ian, God Bless you.
Deep purple hte best! Возраст не помеха, просто как коньяк всё вкуснее и ароматнее, тут есть своя изюминка это для гурманов. Всем ребятам успехов, будем ждать всегда.
Exactly, I have followed Deep Purple since 1968 and they are still my no 1 band and as you said they are still kicking ass and I would like to say, what a loss to the band with the passing of John Lord, these guys are true musicians of all time.
Can't believe how accostumed I am to Steve Morse, how he had worked the songs with his style and make them to sound better and better. Hope his wife will have a full recover. I've listened to other songs with Simon McBride, and he's great, cheers to him!!
And something from the Bulgarian folklore. He always plays something from the country they are visiting ... ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-S4iFF79zBJQ.html
Where is Roger Glover?, this is Ians playing + three more members, I know Don and Steve have been with DP for some years, but no Roger, it's strange. Where is Roger?
hope it was better live than this recording, or i must remain perfect strangers. and i think this is by far the best deep purple song they have. maybe this recording sucks who knows
I’m a Deep Purple fan from the Machine Head album. When Ian G., Ian P., Ritchie B., John L., and Roger G., put their noses to the grindstone and work hard, they make great music. But Ian G. has too much of a tendency to party. Ian G. is a mediocre singer, at best. The other members who stepped in, are equally talented and qualified: Joe Lynn Turner, Glen Hughes, Tommy Bolin, David Coverdale, etc. David has the best voice of all members, past and present.
@@veronicalane1458 would very much have agreed in the past but not any more. Saw them both live this year. David just can’t any more. IG is past his best but can still put on a performance.
Ma sto tastierista che fa l'egocentricoquandi lo sostituiscono???? E' bravo ma Jon Lord era della Squadra!! Jon Lord insostituibile, almeno fino ad ora.
The keyboardist arrived fifty years late, with the left-hand ostinatto and riffs of Keith Emerson. without the magic or the sense of Emerson. He sounds very boring and mechanical. The rest of the band very, very well, the guitarist is excellent!!!

@@veronicalane1458 Of those you listed, the only one who still sings at a level (and live too) is Glenn Hughes. Who is the best singer is a personal feeling of each of us. I like the Whitesnake songs, but not so much the Purple Coverdale`s songs. I like Gillen's songs on Purple, but I don't like his sound on Black Sabbath. I like Richie in Purple and Rainbow, but I don't like much of his Blackmores Night stuff. I like Black Sabbath without Ozzy better and Ozzy without Black Sabbath. It's all very personal.
