I'm subbing classes for a teacher whose moves I've been following. They are all a bit mild. I taught land aerobics for 30+ years and watching your videos has been very helpful. Your vocabulary of moves and combinations are totally relatable. I introduced some of them into class Tuesday and will again today. The majority of participants are very senior but they know how to work at their own levels. These moves will help the fitter of the group be challenged. Meanwhile it makes me feel great to be improving their experience. Thanks, Mark. You do a great job with this instructional videos.

Love all of your deep water workouts! I do them every week. I have a 7x10 Soake Pool that’s 6 feet deep. I live in NH heat up my pool to 85 and go! Thanks so much for offering these workouts!!
I just discovered your channel and love it! I watched the video today, which explained SO MUCH! Yesterday I did the workout but can’t always see my iPhone sitting poolside, due to sun glare. I didn’t always understand your terms ( flick) but after watching today I think I am good to go! I blast your voice on my speaker so I’ll do better today. Thanks for these excellent tools to guide us to great workouts. I’m blessed with a 16x 38 inground 9 ft at the deepest! I’m surround by my flower gardens in full bloom and have total privacy. What I needed was guidance and motivation to keep moving and working out! You provide this so well. I’m so grateful. Today is your noodle workout❤️

I agree. Deep water is the perfect place for you to exercise while you rehab your ankle. Probably best to just Google "Deep Water Flotation Belt" I prefer HYDRO-FITs Deep Water belt...but it is on the higher price point. (around $60) If you are going to continue with deep water fitness, it would be worth it.
A typical water fitness workout at this intensity would burn around 600 calories an hour. This is a 30-minute workout and so the best estimate is around 300 calories. But that is very subjective and dependent on the output of the participant.
