Weird how the Tom Cruise deep fake face doesn't have the uncanny valley eyeball effect. CGI artists should really take a good look at this and find out why that is. Also, this is in regards to CGI itself. Without the subtle shift of the chest are while the character is just standing or talking, it feels like you're looking at animated corpses. Even the smallest type of "breathing" movement would indicate living rather than dead, and would more greatly sell the illusion. Stomach and chest move in and out every five seconds. If not, they are dead.
