Chad is an author and a husband who had been married for many years. Lori was married and divorced right out of high school. She was an insatiable vixen who tempted poor Chad. He's such an oaf. How could he discern her actions?" I mean, really...his "defense" is pathetic. Oh, and Mr. Prior, cross-examination is not the same as an objection. Please learn the difference since law school clearly had not taught you the definitions.

The autopsy for Tammy Daybell she had pink foam out of her mouth showing asphyxiation. The autopsy would have shown medical issues if she really had any which she didn't.

How does Prior know exactly how Charles was murdered? Only one way to know, through his client. I hope AZ prosecutors are watching.

I don’t understand what everyone sees in Lori. People say how stunning she looks etc! Is this all Idaho has to offer? Not that I’m saying Chad is a looker either by any means! I just hear it said about Lori often.

None of what John Prior says addresses why Chad let Lori bury the kids on his property, then goes on to marry her

I am so not impressed with the defense attorney, or what he had to say. However, I have to admit that he did a far better opening statement then the prosecution. If I didn't know anything about this case and I was sitting on the jury, I would be on the defensive side because he listed so much evidence and experts.

If Chad's children lie for him and side with him, are they up for any charges???
