In our continuing series on Kenyans defying odds abroad we focus on a woman who has broken into the Swiss political scene and is making waves. Beyond being an activist and filmmaker Yvonne Apiyo Brändle-Amolo is a Social Democratic Party Parliamentarian in Switzerland. She has used her platform to challenge racial stereotypes against immigrants in Switzerland and wider Europe.
