Hi sir... Am a nursing officer in Aiims trauma centre.. I have been diagnosed with disc desiccation disc bulge L4_L5-inferior foramen stenosis nd compression of exciting nerve.. I had severe sciatica.. I showed many Orthopaedicians nd physiotherapists bt i couldn't get effective nd many RU-vid videos I seen.. Finally by God's grace I saw nd followed your video.. I started flexion exercises nd I took tab nervemax SR for 3_months too.. Inbetwn I had severe tingling over buttock nd calf tht was horrible.. So I had to take zerodol pg too... Bt ur video ONLY helped me nd solved my problem... I was perfectly alright for 6-months without any medicines nd I was continued my all routine works... Never I had a single episode of sciatica nd backache during last 6-month..bt today I started with sciatica again followed by lower back ache from a week... Pls suggest me wht can be the reason behind this recurrence.. I was continued flexon exercises daily til yet with some back strengthen exercises in order to open inferior canal which is narrowed nd causing sciatica.. From ur explanations only I even recognized my actual problem as nobody could guide me.. From tht I started flexion exercises nd walking daily 20-minutes till yet... 7_months I was absolutely alright.. With the above mentioned... Bt i dnt know from today again sciatica re started nd I started nervemax tab again.. I feel severe pain aftr i wake up from bed get down from car wake up from chair etc.. So pls guide me..Thanks a lot.. God bless 🙏you

I am 43year old Male Suffering from numbness of lower back to foot after sciatica pain. MRI report below straightening of lumbar spine noted likely due to muscle spasmdisc dessication changes noted at L4-L5 and L5-S1 level central annular tear noted at L5-S1 levelposterior disc herniation is noted at L4-L5 level having central component casuing impression on anterior thecal sacExtra-dural lesion measuring 02 cm showing T2w isointense signals causing spinal cnal narrowing and compression over right exiting nerve root suggestive of sequestration. Dr.Tyagi please guide me for solution.
