Did you use an ND filter with the 16mm lens in this video? If you did, could you please let me know which filter you used? I'm interested in buying one. Thank you!
@@barparildar The color grading in this video is absolutely stunning! The way the colors are enhanced and balanced is truly remarkable. If possible, could you please share the LUTs used? I would love to experiment with them in my own projects. Thank you.
Thanks a lot for the comments! I used Dehancer Pro for color editing. Since I was testing the plug in every scene pretty much has a different node graph and grain structure. In general I use the free Arri Lut in Davinci Resolve. If you are using Resolve it is included in the software for free.
i am in a dilemma: 16mm 2.8 or 15-35mm 2.8? I seldom take photos with wide angles, but wondering which would be good enough for video. when you using 15-35mm, do you often use it at its widest?
Hi! Both those lenses are in a completely different league. If you are looking for a cheap extreme wide angle lens, 16mm is a nice option but in any other scenario It wouldn’t be fare to compare them. When I use the 15-35mm, I use all focal lengths.
I was using my wife fb account (as i dont have one) to chat with you the other night. A couple of days more before the discount ends and I make my decision. Thanks for all the advice. Would love to see how u expose and WB for ur shots. I am currently doing zebras 40% for mid tones and eyeball WB on view assist. Any tips to improve this?
@@barparildar Ok so is it better without is when you shoot on tripod? I normally do handheld and it seems to be a bit better then with both IS and digital but I'm still disappointed with the wobble. Maybe I have to go with tripod to get ok result?
@@MartinF2 Technically you should turn off the IS on tripod. Sometimes IS helps with high winds but for the most part tripod means stable footage. R6 has a big rolling shutter issue. There is no way to get rid of it if you are moving the camera fast. It is a totally different issue than IBIS wobble though
@@barparildar Thanks! I will try to use tripod and no IS on my 16mm. I don't have that wobble issue on my 24-70 but on the wide angle is really obvious
Hey Cody thank you man! I am literally swamped with my job and have no time to commit anything YT related. Hopefully in the future when I retire or sth :) To give an example. This video was uploaded about 5 months ago. I forgot to make it public :)
