@CARLINO - Bullsh*t. If his sons were that good, they would have been at top tier colleges after graduating high school. Deion knows where his sons levels are, and where they are not, because he played the game at the pro level. Also, Deion used race baiting to get Blacks and the media to help bid in his attempt to recruit the best Black talents to attend Jackson State to pad his stats. He also used it to cause division within the HBCU coaching ranks to also aid in his attempt to use his program to pad his stats to interview for a larger, non HBCU, position. And to make matter worse, he will attempt to recruit top quality Black players to come play at the very White schools that he accused of talent draining from HBCUs. There is nothing wrong with having aspirations that one's talents and skills can achieve, but it's becoming far too common on, notably with anyone and everyone have access to social media, to use Blackness in the attempt to use other people's feelings, biases, and prejudices to benefit themselves is why other races and ethnicities don't take the cries of racism, White Supremacy, and judicial injustice with much seriousness, because more and more people are pimping Blacks for dollars. Black Live Matter con game was just another of a long line of evidence it will continue to exist....To include this demand for bullsh*t Reparations.

It's a part of life. You can't tie a man to every players destiny. You're right they believe in THEMSELVES. It's a hard life lesson. When someone comes with wisdom and knowledge you learn from it and take it with you. If anything I would be more determined and motivated.

JSU still got to win that bowl game to complete their task. Coach Prime don’t leave a job until it’s done.

I've been following JSU, and Deion has always been straight up with his players about everything. I think the general consensus is that everybody in Mississippi knew he was leaving eventually, but he was so beloved down there, they knew they would have to let him go with love and support. Deion was giving money out of his pocket to players whose financial aid was delayed by the trifling state of Mississippi bureaucracy, how you not gonna love and respect him? They thought they could get 1-2 more seasons out of him, but that seemed less likely as this season went on. I got the impression Prime was inclined to stay, be he said he had to watch out for his assistant coaches, who deserved a bigger stage, and the opportunity to make some real income.

It works both ways. He will clean out your players that you now have that doesn’t fit his system. Everyone will not be happy, but trust the process

Primes recruiting is going to be something else!!! Especially on this level… I’m sure his mindset is now only on players that have NFL potential..other than that… it’s no point of being on the team

It's about the wins and losses yes, but like with Jackson State, its about packing that stadium, getting those revenues up, restaurants and bars filled up, jersey sales, bringing that money and excitement into Boulder. Coach Prime paid his dues and left that program in a much better place. He created an opportunity for another to take his place. Now he's in the big time and it's Prime Time at CU!!
