Hypocrisy is real and Jackson State is the trail blazer of HYPOCRISY. Their lost. Opportunities to have talent, notoriety, and status such as Prime is a 1 time N a life time opportunity. Why stay somewhere that doesn't appreciate your contributions and talent? You don't & he ain't. He's doing great things at Colorado and Jackson State has remorse they will never admit how much they regret loosing. SMH When people let envy and jealousy stiffile their progress. There are those at Colorado jealous of Prime, but they will never cut their noses off to spit their faces. Real progress demands they won't!
The everyday joe goes through stuff and conversation behind the scenes at work (including press agents, who jump ship all the time). We all make decisions based on this conversations and generally never asked to air our laundry. Mater a fact they tell us to keep quiet, he does that and is ridiculed. It’s beyond ridiculous!
This coach scares high places in The game of football. Cause he speaks truth and won’t walk any agendas other then he’s own aspirations to help the young generation do better in all aspects of life within the realm of football. Respect to you coach.
they're not going to do any different than what they've always done. every seat at every game was full and Dion was supposed to get half of the ticket sales and they would lie to him and tell him they didn't sell out. As a kid growing up in the 90s, I never cared for this man. He was just so arrogant. He still does have some of it. But now as an adult and three kids of my own, seeing how much of a good person he is. Makes me root and pray for him.
His "Arrogance" Was Really about Making $$$. Football in the 80's/90's $$ Wasn't Bad but if u wanted 2b Rich in it u had 2 Make a Name & that's why the "Primetime" image was Really Created.

When I started coaching high school football it was with my high schools rival after 5 years I had the opportunity to take a job with my Alma Mata and it was a dream come true, but I never intended for it to be my last stop! Coaching is just the same as playing. Your constantly trying to improve yourself and move up! He was never going to stay there forever and they should feel blessed for having the time with him that they did! He did great things at Jackson and if they were smart they will focus all of their time trying to build upon what prime started. He gave them the blueprint to be great...now stop hating and go be great!
Sanders is taking crap for leaving much like Riley going to USC and Kelly going to LSU. It's a business. Nothing wrong with wanting a better job and more pay.
Only problem with that is some people don't put anything into a place like he did and he tried to do more than that but got stopped every chance he got by the same people who are mad at him leaving. Usc and Lsu didn't need Kelly or Riley, they are top schools, Jsu was and is nothing without deion sanders cause the eyes went elsewhere. All cause he was trying to coach and be a role model for that damn school and elevate them. Man, he didn't even have to coach there at all. He could have just sat at home or go on ESPN or NFL network and get his money. What y'all should be saying is this is what he gets for helping people who don't want to help themselves.

Truth spoken!! Jackson State, if they haven’t realize it yet, has lost one of the best things they ever had!! What he is now doing for Colorado, if they would’ve supported him, could have been done at Jackson State!! I hope this is, lesson learned!!

Prime is not only proving to be a great coach but also a mentor. It would be a privilege to play for him. More importantly I feel that more young men could benefit from his guidance. BTW I’m from Australia and never played a snap in my life….
One thing about Primetime is that he has always kept it a buck, through college, playing in the league and coaching. He has on every level backed up his talk.

Not trying to take anything away from Coach Prime or his success at Jackson but there will always be those that wonder... How would they have matched up against North Dakota State University
Deion Sanders don't owe anyone, anything. He left Jackson St in a much better situation than when he arrived. The folks there should be grateful, and wish him luck.

I'm happy for deion. Hope it really works out in Colorado. The only thing I hate about the situation is that auburn didn't even contact deion about potentially coming to the pains and being the coach.
This is how you address a situation and how to handle hit it straight on no ducking and dodging and this is also how you move on you came and did what you suppose to do if he stay then they say it too easy he elevated his staff all the people who come and play with him this is what some people call bossing up!!!!
Love this man and what he stands for!! Live your life the best you can…… pray like everything depends on the Lord . Then stand up and work as if everything depends on you! God will lead you, but will you have the strength to follow His lead??!!
If Coach Prime didn’t stay with the Falcons, MLB teams, Cowboys, 49ers nor Ravens what in the world made those think he would with JSU. He sees, he goes, he conquers, he moves on. He’s amazing and owes nothing to no one. Grow up people.
With all due respect I think Mr Sanders has finally seen the light , what is really important isn’t to be the best athlete it’s to be the best complete human being one can be , education , God , friendship, honesty , responsibility etc is what makes us great and gives us a future not only here but just maybe after we leave , thank you Deon for helping all those young men regardless of their skin
