Since we all used to Sirloin/Ribeye, apart from these common cuts there is a rare and inexpensive cut called Picanha, which is very close the the rump but not quite that. Give it a try! It's easy!

I recently bought a pack of Australian M9 Picanha and was very impressed. It was wiped clean almost right away by my kids, while the prime new yoker that we served at the same time was barely touched. too bad it is not easy to buy picanha in Taiwan.
