Beef stew is one of my favorite dishes. Preparation of beef is simple and time-consuming. In short, cut the beef, fry the bacon, sauté with onion and garlic, add two tablespoons of Dijon mustard, pour in a good beef broth and simmer until tender. As a side dish rice or toasted potatoes are perfect. I can't imagine a beef stew without pickles. What part of beef do you like best? Write in the comments to others! I used beef neck.
