I love cassava farine as a porridge so I’m surprised that I never thought to use fresh cassava to make cassava porridge for myself - a very clever take! And for me, Angostura bitters is a must in a good homemade porridge. I can just imagine the smell of your kitchen with the spices, coconut milk and bitters! Used to get farine as a child but it's been years since I had it. The fresh cassava is 🤌🏿🤌🏿🤌🏿 and the aroma in the kitchen really took me back to my childhood. Good times 😊

Hi Lylin! Was out of commission for a little bit. The one thing I never take into account with running the channel is what happens when I get sick 🤢. But I'm all better now, bouncing back with some good food like this porridge to help boost "Helt And Strenk" 💪🏿😁. Peaches would be perfect, they very similar in taste and texture to the sapote imo.
