2 egg yolks
Sugar 60 g.
Corn flour 25 g.
Vanilla flavor 1/2 tsp.
240 g fresh milk
180 g whipping cream
Choux Recipe
All purpose flour 70 g.
Unsalted butter 70 g.
90 ml of water.
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
Bake at 200 degrees 15 minutes + 170 degrees 10 minutes + 160 degrees 5 minutes
