2 lbs XL Jumbo Shrimp
1/2 lb Lump Crab Meat (or claw/special, etc)
1/4 cup mayo
1/2 tbsp dijon mustard
1/2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 tbsp hot sauce
pinch of sugar
1/2 cup bread crumbs (more or less depending on desired consistency)
1 lemon
Old Bay Seasoning & all purpose seasoning
3 tbsp melted butter

3-4 strips diced bacon (optional)
1/2 lb pork sausage and 1/2 lb ground beef
1 onion
celery
bell pepper (red or green or both)
Cajun Seasoning

1tbsp Better Than Bouillon Chicken Base (found in the chicken stock section)
