We need:
1 kg fine wheat flour
approx. 700ml water
3 tbsp yogurt
1 tbsp salt
42g yeast
For the filling:
250g cottage cheese/curd
250g blue cheese
100g mozzarella
Chives or spring onions
Salt as needed
