Everyone probably ate broth, but not everyone ate guinea chicken broth!!!
Be sure to try this recipe!!!
INGREDIENTS:
guinea fowl 1/2 piece
carrot 2 large pieces
parsley root 1 piece
celery 1/4 of a large tuber
green parsley, half a bunch
bay leaves 8 pieces
allspice 20-25 grains
black pepper 10 grains
salt to taste
water
EXECUTION:
1. Wash the guinea fowl thoroughly, scrub it and peel the vegetables if necessary.
2. Put the meat in the pot, pour water so that it covers the meat and start cooking.
3. When the meat starts to cook, add all the vegetables and spices except the salt.
Cook over very low heat for 1 hour.
4. After this time, add salt, first 1 tablespoon. Cook for another 15-20 minutes, then add salt to the soup if necessary.
5. Serve the broth with any pasta (I recommend rice noodles).
