A delicious recipe for pork tenderloin. With fresh herbs & garlic. Pan fried and then cooked in the oven. Ready in about 20 minutes
For 2 servings you need the following ingredients:
▢ 1 pork tenderloin (approx. 500 g)
▢ 1-2 tsp. clarified butter
▢ some rosemary, thyme or other herbs
▢ 2 cloves of garlic
▢ 2 tbsp. butter
▢ salt and pepper
Preparation:
Parry the tenderloin. I then fry it first in the pan in a little clarified butter hot from all sides. Then I add herbs like rosemary, thyme and garlic. Now add some butter to the hot pan, pour the melted butter over the tenderloin and cook the pork tenderloin in the oven at 150° C / 300° F. Let the pork tenderloin rest for a few minutes before cutting it. Enjoy!
