Eat gluten-free without missing out on really delicious wholemeal rolls. It's very easy with this recipe. The rolls are nice and fluffy on the inside, tender and above all tasty.
Whether with seeds in the dough or without, the rolls can hardly be distinguished from a floury wholemeal roll.
Simple ingredients, quickly baked, bon appétit!
Recipe:
120g rice flour (whole grain)
60g flax flour
30g potato flour (or potato starch)
25g sunflower seeds or seed mix
15g ground flaxseed
11g psyllium husks
2 teaspoons of baking soda
1.5 tsp salt
250ml warm water
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Temperature 190 degrees Celsius
Baking time is 40-45 minutes depending on how browned you want it.
