So the focus on today's video was mainly yard work. To me, it goes to show the stamina you and your workmates must have to shift all those tons in the yard, then drive it to its destination, and get them shifted at the other end.

James check carnivore diet , high fats diet. It gives you 100 more energy than this food you eat and you don't need to eat every few hour. Thanks James for video ,good luck with the work :)
