I had a optiplex 3020 sff given to me for free. I’ve splurged a little since I didn’t have to drop any money to get it. Just ordered a i7 7490 to install. Should I worry about cooling the CPU since my base cpu is the i3 4150? Upgrades I’ve done so far are added a 315w power supply, installed GT 1030 GPU, 480 GB SSD.
