Dell Optiplex 5050 Processor Upgrade 

Upgrading my son's optiplex this week. Processor to i5-9500 and video card to gtx1050 ti and memory to 32gb. A good father son project this weekend

Does it work? does it need a bios update? These computers don't have cpu support lists so it seems like trial and error. the socket supports 7th gen I believe

hello friend. I want to buy optiplex 5050 sff for multimedia box. Can you tell me if it support low wattage T procesors like 6600t,7500t? On paper those cpu officialy are not supported. Is the pciex 4x slot precut on the end to add dualslot gpu?

What should I do if my processor cannot accelerate to 3.600 MHz in turbo boost, but stops at 3.409 MHz, while the TDP is 33W
