What you should point out in this movie is that it takes itself very seriously for about half the movie and the curly, gray haired general plays it straight for about that long. That scene you cut in at 16:20 is where the movie, and this general goes off the rails. I mean...REALLY off the rails. They could have made a movie about that general alone. It is like he went berserk all of a sudden and he along is worth watching the movie for.

One thing that has stuck with me since I saw this at age 12 is a line about the bad guy killing an entire family, including a baby and then using the baby's body to smuggle drugs. And it's like, did they stuff the baby with cocaine and then like put it in with all the other sacks of cocaine or was Billy Drago just holding a dead baby stuffed with cocaine on like a commercial flight?

I loved your comedic review of this film. I don't think it was nearly as good as the first one, but it was still enjoyable. I didn't realize how many predictable tropes Cannon used in their movies. Wow! RedEye Reviews, have you ever seen a Cannon movie by the name of 10 To Midnight with Charles Bronson. That's a great movie. If you haven't I would have to warn you, there's a lot of nudity. Much of the nudity is of the serial killer committing his crimes in the nude. A little of the nudity was with naked ladies in the movie. Now, if you haven't seen it, I won't give too much of it away. However, there is a similar scene at the end of the film where the killer is taunting Bronson similarly to how the drug dealer did that to Norris before he died. Except, in 10 To Midnight, the killer was lying about having paranoid schizophrenia. Haha. It's funny that Cannon used the actor Mark Margolis to play the corrupt general. He also played a member of the flight crew from the first Delta Force movie. Anyway, if you haven't seen 10 To Midnight, you have to check that out.

I will for sure watch it! Depending on the nudes. I might not be able to do a video on it though lol
@Leonard1977ful
@Leonard1977ful 2 года назад
@@RedEyeReviews Haha. I understand that. Since the movie is also a police procedural movie also, instead of just a slasher film, Charles Bronson also has some great interaction scenes with his estranged daughter he was trying to protect from the killer, his rookie detective partner, his captain, and the killer when he was clothed. The trailer of the film pretty much gives away the entire film, though. The killer was partly based off Richard Speck and Ted Bundy. According to the fantastic documentary Electric Boogaloo: The Wild, Untold Story of Cannon Films and information online, the original plot had Charles going after a terrorist, not a serial killer. That was eventually changed to a serial killer instead because of there being no script. The Cannon film creators, Menahem Golan and Yoram Globus, often would advertise movie posters for movies they haven't even made yet or had scripts written for. Haha. The movie's original script was titled Bloody Sunday, but the film's title ended being 10 To Midnight. During the making of the movie, Cannon even made a TV version of the movie that has the actor Gene Davis, who played the killer, and the naked ladies in their underwear instead of in the nude. Haha. I remember seeing parts of the TV version in the 90s since I'm 44. I saw that version before I saw the R-rated version.

4:20 Mood. 4:45 Trope! 4:49 Does that henchman intend to fire his Ingram with his support hand grasping the top of it even though it has a reciprocating charging handle jutting out of the top that'll chew up his hand up a go go?! 6:08 It does feel weird! Guess it's just a shorter way of ending with, "Have a good morning." 6:42 Scissor kick. I learned that in Taekwondo. Try doing that to a guy twice your size. It's less of a kick and more of a takedown. 7:41 They've still got the right-shoulder US flag patches facing the wrong way. 10:56 That guy's actually rocking a skullet! No one rocks a skullet quite like Reggie Bannister, but that guy comes pretty close. 13:22 Like a super-dragonfly hunting a regular dragonfly. 13:45 Notice how you can see a tube inside the tube of that rocket launcher, indicating that it's a training version (or something modified for use with pyrotechnics).

When they got a new script at Cannon, they'd apparently say "which Chuck is this going to, Norris or Bronson?" side note: there is a depressing lack of Bronson 'round these parts
