I had a similar situation. I used to work at little Caesars. This one time, this dude order a custom pizza. It legit had all the toppings but it was split in half with two different combinations. In the end, the pizza was over 25 dollars, but the dude paid with no complaints. TWO days later I have this chick come in and throw a box on my counter demanding a refund. At first, I was confused because I had no idea who this lady was, but then it hit me- it was the dudes wife. So I check the pizza and I see that more than half of it was gone. I told her I couldn’t refund something that was eaten, and she said that her husband ate that half of the pizza but her side was disgusting. She proceeded to tell me that she’s used to eating exotic pizza’s- whatever that means. I still didn’t give her a refund and after throwing a spectacular tantrum, the lady left. Gotta love it.
Sounds like a bitch who never gotten her hiney spanked as a kid. For the love of God people spank your kids so that they don’t become entitled Karens asking for a manager over the stupidest bullshit! Please and thank you.
Our "regular" customers always say that to us. They are always having a bad day, always have bad service with us, are also the ones that never have their receipt and there is always something wrong with the item they purchased, even going so far to make some of our workers cry because they are so retarded that they don't realize they're being assholes. They always argue that the amount given back is not what they paid and finally say "I'm never coming back here again" and there they are the next day and the day after...
Omg, I know that working with the public is challenging, people can be so rude and unrealistic about things, some people are out there to take advantage, it’s sad. You’re an amazing young man, I know that anyone who is not happy with their food will truly be handled with grace by you. Keep up the great stuff you’re doing, I pray that other young folks, who work w/the public, take pointers from you on how to be kind♥️💫✨👼🏻✨💫♥️
MyLord, u are always filled with positive attitude and i love you for that. When was the last time you felt quite low for something? What was that and how did u cope with it?
Dealing with customers in any industry can be mind boggling at times. I'm an electrician and we were working on a big new housing development where pretty much all the properties had been sold prior to construction. This woman who owned one decided she wanted " extras" in her property, essentially upgrades. She got fancy lighting installed and extra power points in her kitchen/ utility room. We sent her out the bill for the extra work and she came into the office like she was shocked and didn't think she should have to pay because she said she " needed" extra stuff done. " Why am I being charged for it when I needed it?" That's like refusing to pay for pizza toppings because you were hungry or getting your lawn mowed and not paying because the grass was long and needed cut.
My favorite moment was a women claimed there was a hair in her burger (no picture) and wanted a refund. She even tried to really sell the story by saying she got tested for covid afterwards. But she showed up two weeks after it happened and my manager asked why did she wait so long to come back, and her response was that she went to Maui on vacation. So she was scared enough to get tested for covid, but not scared enough to turn down her vacation
the equivelant to entering the character creator and only touching the presets slider, changing the hair and hair color (ignoring the eye brows) and starting the game.
Damn bro. You are just too nice. After all that you should have done something like: Well, you were going to corporate about it, right? Once I get word from corporate I'll be giving you that free sandwich. Good luck with that. Honestly like she does not deserve to get a free sandwich. And threatening to go to corporate is just going the extra mile of being a Karen.
People would come into my old Dominos job all the time wanting us to bake a Papa Murphy's pizza they got across the street. If you don't know, Papa Murphy's is a place where you get the pizza cold and bake it yourself at home. In my three years at Dominos, I'd say this scenario happened about 10 times. You'll find out common sense isn't so common when you work in the food industry.
Just a guess, but I’m thinking they might have been on food stamps and might not have had an oven. Papa Murphy takes food stamps since they’re not serving ready made food.
@@Captain_Jack514 Regardless, they shouldn't be going to papa murphy's and taking it to Dominos lol. There's different avenues one can go, I've been on foodstamps myself.
omg i worked at a papa john's with a papa murphy across the street and this was every day thing. pizza in general was chaos, and it was 100% due to the customers.
Isn’t it insane that a couple months ago you used to be at 100k? I’ve supported you since 50k, and the vids are always poppin, thanks Mira for the positivity. Eat fresh....
Milk your videos are now updated like there are so much changes, edits they are not just old regular voiceover over a video they are something else they are lit🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Lmao similar story happened to my friend at el pollo loco. We all ordered our food (he ordered first) and all our food came out except his. 20 min goes by and finally his order is ready. He takes a bite and it’s cold. At this point he didn’t want to eat anymore and took up his food to the counter to get a refund. They told him to call corporate for a refund. He flipped the food tray at them and left.
Bruh you can't just use an employee like that. This is the one problem I have with working at Subway. People stereotype employees for being lazy and stuff like that and use that to their advantage. I legit don't serve anyone like that. Good work Milad, your doing great and I love your videos, sorry that this happened!
Now Milad is there a difference in the stickers that you put on to keep it wrapped? I was watching this and saw like 3 different colors of stickers. Love the vids keep it up you may work a small job but that doesn’t mean you get paid bad and you make the best of it and always make my day. Please consider putting this in a video. Thank You Have A Wonderful Day!
Well. Milad can afford to give a free sandwich since he's the son of the owners but as a normal employee, that gets minimum wage, I can't do the same thing.
This kind of reminded me of a similar situation I got myself into. I assemble/repair computers as a part-time job. This one dude who had a gaming PC assembled a day ago came back the next day because he claimed that the RGB on the fans were broken because they wouldn't change to the colors he wanted to. So he wanted a refund on just the fans that came with the case. Long story short, he just doesn't know how to use the software in the computer to change the color. I taught him how to do it and changed the RGB colors on the spot. However, he still kept saying that I should at least honor the refund because he wasted his time going back to our shop. Our manager who heard the whole thing just came out and told him that he was crazy. The guy left and never came back.
I had something similar happen to me when I was a waitress. The woman ate all her food at the restaurant, she literally ate it all, then claimed she shouldn't have to pay cuz there was a hair in her food. She then showed me a hair that was on the empty plate. I had short black hair and the cook had short blond hair...this hair was long and brown...same as the lady's hair. But, the manager told me to just refund her money, so I did. She then proceeded to call the owners the next day and claim that I refused a refund and the owners actually fell for it and gave her another refund. Sometimes people are just out there to take advantage of businesses. They don't care who they hurt in the process.
My dad would go to GetGo and get a sub from them. One day he went and they butchered his order. I'm talking only cheese on a dagwood bad. So he calls and explains, and the worker says they can't fix it, so he asks for the manager, and the employee tells him he doesn't know when they'll be in. A couple days later my dad calls again and lucks out with the manager being there, who tells him to bring the sandwich up next time he comes in, and he'll get his sandwich free. A whole month goes by with this sandwich sitting in our fridge uneaten, until my dad remembers, "wait, they owe me a free sandwich!" So he goes to the GetGo with the sandwich, and they recognize him on the spot and make him his sandwich correctly this time. My dad was so stoked when he got home, and I just sat there dumbfounded that he'd wait that long
