I don't think this show is trash, but it's definitely not anime of the century. I just like an OP protagonist who actually who just acts nonchalantly in almost every situation and constantly sounds like he found something adorable when people think they're stronger than him. I wish a lot more OP protags were like him. Also, while his parents are goofballs, he clearly respects and loves them, which is wholesome.
