First there was Fate/Stay Night Then there was Fate/Zero Then Fate/Apocrypha And then the Fate series took a really weird turn with Fate of the Furious.

The weirdest thing about Fate Apocrypha... is that Yggdmillennia are the good guys (sans for Berenike, whom I assume just invaded one day and everyone is too terrified of to just banish her). Yes, Darnic is kind of a dick, but all they want is to ensure the family won't die out and maybe get the Root. In general, they're pretty okay as far as antagonists go. Compared to the Matous and Einzbern, they're the most functional family ever and practically saints. The Mage's Association, on the other hand, are basically Ministry of Magic if Voldemort won the First Wizarding War. They're all about breeding, pureblood families, and basically going full Umbrella / Shinra / Professor Hojo on anyone they want to experiment on. I wouldn't be surprised if there was a Final Fantasy villain ruling them from the shadows, given their commitment to being utter assholes. Yes, somehow the Mage who associated with the ACTUAL Nazis to win a Holy Grail War is comparatively a better person than the guys hiring Kairi Sisigou. Literally, the only good people in Clock Tower that I can think of are Waver/El-Melloi II, Rin and poor, doomed Emiya. The best thing that happened was Kotomine/Tokisada and Sisigou just doing their own thing rather than pay the Association any mind. All things considered, both factions did their very best to keep the war from harming Muggles or anyone uninvolved. Sans for maybe Shakespeare and Avicebron, none of the Servants were Satan's anus incarnated like certain Servants (I'm looking at you, Jerk-amesh); poor Jack was just disturbed and probably wouldn't destroy the world if she won the Grail. Frankly, I was happy with any side of this conflict winning.

I think the things I like about this episode is Mordred, as well as everyone not telling Gordes that Astolfo's a guy. Lmao

I don't know why but Spartacus yelling his name over and over as a battle cry is hilarious. I actually like the voices for all the characters which is pretty rare for me. Looking forward to more of this series.

So I'm going to be completely honest. I know none of these actors... BUT my first time watching this, their performances completely blew me away. I love how well they pulled this off.

This is a very solid start. The opening theme is perfect for Sieg, and Karna and Sirgfried's interactions are complete gold.

This has been in my recommended for so long.. now that I finally watched fate/apocrypha I can watch it! 41 seconds in and the whole introduction of shishigo already got you a sub lmao

I am a simple man, I saw Fate I was interested, I saw apocrypha I moved my cursor on the video, but what sale it to me was the abridged. In all seriousness though good job, the story is still coherent despite the jokes and well it is funny!

The work done on the closed captions is fantastic, and great how it adds to the abridged.

I'm pretty interested to see how you're gonna handle Sieg. Looks really promising so far, you've got clean editing, and big props to the voicework, everyone delivered very well. Even the few characters who struck me as having a bit of a rocky or flat-footed start were locked in by the end of the episode. Nothing's really outright busted my gut just yet, but you do have a way with sketch writing and comedic timing. Given that this is the setup episode, I'm sure you've got much more to come. I look forward to seeing you guys hit your stride. Thanks for the great work to all of you!

Very well done. I really liked Apocrypha, and your abridged version is spot on. The opening song you used works really well with the themes of the story (Mainly Sieg's arc), and you have a good cast of voices for this. I actually had to do a double take when I heard Vlad's voice, as it sounded almost exactly like Takahata101's voice of Alucard. Can't wait to see more, and keep up the good work.

Nice, very nice. Somehow the abridged versions makes characters more real. Like it how you put Gordes's 1st command seal order on Siegfried in this version since it was in the novels, even if it was twisted and wore off quickly.

I still came back to rewatch the whole series. I love the production value and dedication to craft. Thank you for all the effort and time to make such a creative series

This abridged series and team made the pilot episode of our favorite anime a festival of witty comebacks and banter. They have already surpassed the english dub in terms of quality.

I want Sieg to be absolutely done with everything holy grail war related. The amount of bitching that Ruler and Sieg can do together would be bloody amazing. Just imagine them swearing at every single attack

I love Jeanie in this. She is easily one of the best.

I gotta say I enjoyed this more than I thought I would. Voice acting is solid, jokes are funny and character development, what little there was, pretty good. If I'd were a critic I'd give this a solid 7/10. Keep up the good work the good and you've got yourself a loyal watcher

Okay, I have literally just found this Abridged series. I was torn between watching this one or another one I found, but after watching this, I think I'm sticking with you guys. Seriously, the jokes you pull off are too good! Also, that intro. Really hope that one sticks around. Darn it, I can't pick a favourite on this! Kairi and Mordred were phenomenal, farmgirl Jeanne was amazing, Gordes and Siegfried are hilarious and that last part with Achilles trying to talk Spartacus into coming back had me on the floor! Also, Actual Dracula is fun. I'm really looking forward to what you guys do with Sieg's character. And the homunculi. And the other Masters of the Yggdmmi-- Yggdi-- Ygdmun- err-- the Black Faction.

Honestly Karna’s abridged voice is better then his actual dub voice. I think this voice suits him better because it’s more high pitched
