I’m happy with DENIFRIPS Terra>Hermes>Pontus IIII>Athena>Apollo. The terra was the last piece in the chain so the improvements it made were very subtle. echoes room sounds of the recording are things that will improve including clarity and imaging with the Terra. In my system it did make improvements. Like to hear what others think that have actually installed it in their system.
Alvin, how would the Terra be incorporated with the Gaia DDC and Terminator Plus combination and what would be the performance benefit? Could you do a video to demonstrate this combination of products?
I got the Venus 2 12th and the hermes 12th...now i have the Terra but i need one more bnc cable and a power cord. i use only nordost cables. I will inswer that question if its worth it. Im for myself pretty curios😅
Hi Alex, you may consider MCLK to connect its output to Gaia external clock input. However, I wouldn’t recommend it as the built-in clock of Gaia is already of very high quality.
Indeed .. not forgetting to add lps, powercords, bnc clock cable, switches, isolators, regen and precious rack estate 😂. Hence I chose to take the plunge and "invested" into top Terminator Plus model with their best oxco clock and nvr looked back 😍😍
Why and care to share more comment ? Listened to one yet on how sound quality improved ? No doubt diminishing return in this no end hobby for 1st class world sadly but technologies had moved forward in digital domain and such improved clocking option is no longer on for mega bucks dCs or Esoteric owners.
