Maybe. I am interested in how they react more than anything, but eventually would be nice to recycle them.

It is fun to play with. Once have more jugs saved up I will do some water jugs with hollow points.

I heard some guy used a thick army blanket hanging on a clothes line to catch 45acp loads...

That would have to be a very thick blanket. Round nose bullets penetrate a lot of material. Thanks for watching and commenting.

Aahhh yes, the answer to age old question of how many layers of the jeans in the back of my closet can a bullet go through haha. More seriously though, did you intentionally not put a weight in the bottom to prevent it from tipping over? Were you worried about the rounds hitting it if you did?

I wanted to see how much force was created and experiment. The next version is shaped different and not top heavy, also the layers are spread thicker in the new one. Interesting tests for sure.
