This is the most interesting and helpful interview with a cali athlete that i have ever watched. When i first start training statics i have a coach and thanks to his knowledge and advices i achieved my goals. The guy was a very experienced and with a lot of knowledge, that's why it is a must to have a coach when you don't know something. In my prev comment in a front lever vid. i said something similar to keep attempting, i realize i was wrong and i am sorry if i offended you Dan.

At last an interview, Love them , and this is a really good topic I really want to know who is a good coach, how to know if you have a good coach, etc... Psdt: Is it possible to contact dennis to send him a programme and him to review it, I mean know if its shit or not, I know this may cause problems for him but would be very useful

This is a wonderful interview but I wanna give some advice.. Maybe next time separate the topics/questions in the video so we can jump to a part that we are interested in because its a long video and its not possible for all of us to watch the entire video. Cheers!

Hello Valentin, then maybe ask again. If you scroll down on our page-you will find training clips of him being trained by us. I didn't personally train him, we as sthenics did, Leo was assigned to him, since he trained him before we actually founded sthenics. Trust me, we crate more then enough results that I don't need to lie about anything, and someone gifted like Manuel is not a challenge to train, and I just named him because people actually know him.
