Thanks for this. I have one of these AVR-X2400H amps under my desk that I purchased almost 2 years ago. Never yet unboxed it but have decided I will set up and connect to everything today. Have just found and watched this clip which has been really helpful. Also have a set of KEF Q55 speakers that were given to me, yes literally given to me by an elderly gentlemen who had purchased new KEFs from my friends HI-FI shop. Luckily he had asked me to help him out with a few deliveries that evening and the last was to this mans house. He said to Steve did he know anyone who would want his old KEFs, literally used for classical music only and about 2 years old. One look towards me by my mate and the old man said they were mine. He would not take anything for them although I did offer. Again I have just got rid of some old missions so these will be wired up to the Denon today, only 5.1 at the moment but sure to sound better than my old Sony AV amp. Thanks again for showing the set up.
I have had mine for 1 year today. Looked down at it and seen the power light wasn't on. It won't do nothing. Guess I'm going to have to find out what I need to do to get it fixed.
Hey Man nice rig, cute kids.. I have the Denon 2500. Do you know how to switch between the output channels on the remote control ?? I have my TV connected on one and a ceiling projector on the other but no idea how to switch between them using the remote. Manual isnt much help either. Thanks in advance.
so both hdmi outputs are pushing signal. if you are using hdr then monitor 1 will take priority. so i would set resolution to manual and set each monitor to the highest that they can do. hope that helps.
