That is how a championship team or any great organization operate. 1- worst player 10- best player Denver has one 10 (Jokic ) two 8s and the rest are all 6s and 7s in overall stats. Those 6 can lit up once per 2 weeks to take off the load. Phoenix on the other hand has two 10 players (Booker and Durant) one 8 (CP-he is old) and the rest 4s A 4 lits up once per 2 months to carry a game. Phoenix is making the same mistake the Nets did 2 years ago. Stuffing the first 5 with All stars while having very bad bench and nobody to fill in properly when one of the stars is hurt or not playing well. .

I will never understand why Jokic does this. If somebody steps up in the team, Jokic steps down and just keeps enabling who is hot at that night. If nobody is stepping up, then he steps up himself to win the game. If this is not leadership I don't know what is. It should feel really good to play with Jokic. He literally guarantees to bump up your stats if you are playing well. You look good while winning games. Murray, MPJ, KCP, AG all experience this pretty much every game.

@@lucky889s9 A true leader is one who knows when to step down if he is cold. Jokic delivers because he is not forcing it. He is a player who knows when to push and when he sees one of his teammates is hot that night and he isnt in partcularly doing well- he doesnt try to prove anything. He just keeps feeding the hot player balls. Michael Jordan started winning championships after he realized that he doesnt have to score 30 ppg to win a game. Jokic is much wiser than people give him credit. Some people never become wise like Westbrook for example.

KD's game is a game of finesse on account of his weak(ish) frame - it's partly why he wants to avoid getting labelled as a center, since he probably knows he doesn't have the strength to bang with the trees for 48 minutes straight
