Wow.. I was the depressed husband for the last year of our 7 year marriage. The only time my wife ever sat down and talked with me was to say she wanted a divorce. Perfect first 6 years. I got the help I needed and she was too far gone. She assumed I checked out and didn’t care, but I was dying inside for that year

Hardest part is that spouse want to get help. Or to get them to seek help.

My husband distance himself. We never speak anymore. He doesn’t care What I think or feel. I feel depressed and confused. He doesn’t respect me at all.

Try convenience him see marriage counselor but he refused.

Why not ask the wives why they have not held up their part of the marriage? A man doesn't just get depressed for no reason. I would like to hear the man's version of their marriage. How can a doctor give good advice after only hearing one side??
