Great video - these are pretty much all the same things that helped me out of anxiety and depression. Memory training too, which some solid Method of Loci studies have shown to be effective for lifting depression. It stands to reason too, since many of the associative images we create are humorous in nature and implictly remind us of good times watching movies and other pop culture sources, friends, family etc. that are generally positive. Add in well-selected Memory Palaces, and the positivity of the practice continues to grow. Rock on!

Serious prayer and getting inflammatory foods out my diet have helped. Also I just discovered Byron Katie and The Work. Thank you so much for your vulnerability. It was helpful and took courage, especially being in your position.

Thanks for sharing. One thing I find really helpful that I actually learnt from you is checking your perspective. I think it's easy to feel like we're not enough when we compare ourselves to others or even a version of ourselves we feel we "should be". Ironically I think with all of the inspiration and incredible success stories that are now so prominent on the internet and social media, we have amplified the expectations of what we should be. There's always someone better than you. How can you ever be enough? I think that it's important to realise that everyone is only human doing the best we know how. None of us needs to be anywhere (that is the source of anxiety and depression). We can't guilt our way to success. Happiness comes from being able to give yourself fully to one thing in this moment right now (whatever that thing maybe). Thanks again for sharing.

Thank you for sharing this Jonathan. A very important topic best alleviated by sharing and helping each other. I have also had great experience with very tough workouts and lots of antioxidants. Get that berry/kiwi/banana mix going in the morning :)

Thank you, you have been very helpful. Most of the supplements that you mentioned I have recommended to others, with some success. Have you ever tried L theanine, B complex or GABA? Ashwaghanda and lemon balm are also a supplements worth looking in to. Sometimes you have understand and use these supplements synergystically for them to be effective.

PERMA model by Martin Selligman, remodeling my system of beliefs with reframing techniques, all the subjects you mentionned in your Testosterone boosting course, acquiring professional knowledge on the possible causes of Anxiety and Depression and learning how to apply solutions to them. Besides that, everything you mentioned in this video are things that I started to do last year and that are contributing to my well-being! I never been more happy, even in stressful situations. P.S.: About the testosterone course... Despite the really good solutions offered in it, it is sad that there is not better title for it haha. :D It is clearly not catchy and I would not have taken this course, if I did not previously research the subject on my own! Very good course by the way, I loved it, despite some research articles from being a bit old, I found it was a good start to what you suggest here also! Cheers!
