I was thinking i m depressed. but whtever symptoms you discussed eariler does not matched with my behaviour or attitude. I am not treated well by my parents as well as friends due to my consistant failures. But after following your sessiond and unacademy I feel very good now I know my potential and dont care about other people thinking.

All your videos are antidotes for depression 😊.... Sunlight, walk, flax seeds, and your one video are enough for fight every hard situation.... We can get unstable for some moment but it can't affect us for a long time. Thanks sir.

roman sir said ... that we get bored reading ., working ... here sir doesnt mean that studing and working is boring , ... he only mean that there may be teporarily phases when one may get bored from even important and relevent thing like work studies , .... am i right ?

Sir ...today I realised that I am suffering from dipression....and the main reason for this is since 2 year even a single day ....I have not seen sun rise and sun set

Thats the problem. After getting up at 6 am, you can spend : 15 min for breakfast(as soon as you get up), 30 minutes of Cardio, 15 minutes of day planning and revision. Till 7 am, day starts and you know what to do. The reason to get up early is that, your body hormones and circadian cycle acts faster and better before sunrise. May be follow it for around 21 days, and you will realize whats the difference.

thanku sir I am suffring from depression from last 2 months and trying all things you said i have got a little relief but still i feel depressed i am not going out much due to pain in my legs I am eating a good diet to get my knee pain less i walk out only in the evening i talk very less to people I will try to change this behavier from now thank you once again.😦
I want to add, before going to a psychiatrist pls see a psychologist. if it is a case of psychologist/ counsellor it can be solved by therapy sessions. in other serious cases, they will themselves refer to psychiatrist or clinical psychologist. going directly to a psychiatrist is not advisable.
I m too depressed now. The people whom I tried to talk to get out of this they still increased my tension about upsc. So I really going through bad phase now. 😪😪😪 I feel like leaving home.. more listening about prelims..more into depression
