Depression - Thyroid eye disease (TED) and Graves disease update. Part 13 

I'm feeling good now, but I had a rough couple weeks. I thought I'd throw something out there about how you are going to be depressed if you are a TED warrior. I'm clearly not a doctor, so go after better advice vs me, but I have no problem sharing what works for me. So here you go.
