The arrest report says Tristyn was stabbed multiple times and that deputies found bloody clothes in the bedroom of 14-year-old Aiden Fucci, charged with her murder.

@@KLeigh-ts2ih jaysmith timing might not fit well but truth is our society is and has changed for the worse because of political agendas. Social media's and news networks have detorioted our society. To stop violence like this we need to stop these outlets from destroying our country. Everything on tv nowadays is geared to indoctrinate young kids. Even cartoons have political agendas. Schools have political agendas. Social media's have political agendas. @@williamhodgden8970 Our society has always been rotten. None of this is new. @@1nhonho you are correct partly. Yes society has been bad for years but the violence is escalating and the division between parties have reached a point of dysfunctional. Greed and corruption has taken over our country. Politicians answer to Rich supporters and special interest groups over American voters. They use us to push their agendas. They use the media to manipulate people to react in their best interest. Just like this racism outbreak. Obama had 8 years to fix any racism but nothing was done. Why? Because it didn't fit the democrats agenda at the time. They used racism for gaining votes and power. And they riled up all of the minorities and criminals to gain more votes and power. Their goal was to crush anything Trump was doing. They put their agenda over what was good for America. Our government is dysfunctional and Americans gave no trust in them running our country. So yes there as always been crime and difference of political opinion but never has it gotten this bad. Social media and the news networks definitely are causing a huge divide between Americans by misleading and downright irresponsible reporting. My parents trusted me at 13 and older. On weekends I would be at friend's house's nearby goofing around or they would be at mine. All I needed to do was dial the phone and let them know. I would usually be home around 11pm anyway. There was no need to sneak out. During the week if my homework and chores were done I was free to be out and about until 10pm.
I don't care if she was up late, out late, or coming home late... She never deserved to be hurt... Monster in the dark, robbed the world of an angel... so wrong...
It’s doesn’t matter that she was out late or if her parents didn’t know if maybe she snuck out. No one deserves this. Rest In Peace sweet girl. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family friends teammates and coaches
Not to mention murder knows no time of day ... I’ve seen enough shows on Discovery ID where young people were killed in the middle of the day. It’s an absolutely unfortunate situation.
Seriously it does not matter why or when they were out! What matters is a girl lost her life to a friend, someone she obviously trusted! Sad world we live in... Prayers for the families 🙏🏼
No one deserves this but parents need to absolutely take accountability for not being aware of their children though. Im sorry thats just assuming she snuck out. She was wearing her uniform..... you need to know where your children are.
When I was 13 y.o. I had to be home by 9pm -- no excuses period. My father told us "nothing good happens after 9pm" and he was so right. This is so sad for both families. My condolences to the family of Tristyn.
I don’t even know what the saying “Nothing good happens after such and such a time” means anymore. I mean you have people committing crimes in broad daylight now.
@Lori Clifford WHAT TIME DO YOUR CHILDREN HAVE TO BE IN THE HOUSE and do you check on them in their rooms before heading to bed yourself or if you wake up in the night?
Another sad story, that looks like, school friends just hanging out, the poor girl had no idea she was the object of his obsession, and she was vulnerable and probably never thought for a minute that anyone could hurt her. I can only guess, he made a pass at her, she didn't like it and he had it in his mind that if she turned him down, he made sure she wasn't able to tell anyone. This is beyond sad. You never know who your neighbors are or what they are capable of doing. 13 yr olds shouldn't be out after dark.
I guess to me it doesn't make sense unless he carried a knife around everywhere. Why did he have a knife?? Why would a14 yo meet a girl carrying a knife? It seems like intent to me! I could be wrong. Just asking!
@@brigittebeltran6701 I guess we will have to wait and hear the reasoning for this horrific crime. He didn't have to kill her, I think something is seriously wrong with this kid and the poor girl had no idea, obviously.
Honestly with the social media trolling and mocking going on related to this, the fact he brought a knife when he met up with her and what he posted on social media after killing her it seems like this was some sick thrill kill thing.
That makes sense. People will say you need to have trust, but safety before trust any day. I'd have to trust the child would understand......eventually.
I use to feel bad because I wouldn't let my daughter run the neighborhood, go down the street. Felt I was too strict. She said to me once, "do you hear that?" I was like "what?" She says "kids having fun". She turned out good, works hard. So glad I was that parent!
You’re still doing great 💕 she’ll thank you when she has her baby girl one day & she hits that age . She’ll be like “ well my mom/dad had their reasons n”
Same, I was that parent too and two of my daughters 12&13 year old girlfriends were killed by another girls Dad - he was considered the 'fun parent' at their middle school. My daughter was never allowed places like that and after that I walked her to and from school for the rest of middle school. You cannot protect them from everything and I'm not blaming her or her parents and am praying for them all actually. My daughter is grown with 3 kids of her own now and thanks me for being so strict, she is a great mom and an honest hard worker.
Why do most criminals think they will get away with it? No matter the level of intelligence of anyone that commits a crime, they almost always leave a self incriminating clue.
Well, one thing is for sure, when this goes to a grand jury, that second degree murder charge is going to get upped to first degree. That boy is never coming out of jail.
She should have never sneaked out of her house. She went against rules designed to keep her safe. Both were a little wild in that way. They must have liked and hated each-other for her to sneak out like that.
I’m 40 now. As teens we snuck out a lot but were lucky to live in a very safe neighborhood that was heavily guarded to keep outsiders out. Most people in these comments talking like their 13/14 year old's would never sneak out, when I would bet that most them already have and they got no clue. The more strict you are, the more sneaky your kid is. I did it so much at that age to the point where my parents put an alarm on my bedroom door and nailed my window shut and I still found ways to get out.
I was really strict but also allowed freedoms as long as I knew who they were with and what they were doing. They also knew that the grapevine would let me know within hours of what they were up to. My son decided to go roof surfing on his car and put it on snap chat. I had three calls before he even got home. The cops would tip me off about kids they shouldn’t be hanging with. I knew their friends and hired most of them. They didn’t want issues with me because I treated and paid them well. Be a parent. Not a friend. Teach your kids respect when they’re young.
Tons of my friends snuck out all the time. Kids have been doing that forever. What no one seems to comment about is, why didn't his parents, teachers etc notice something was off about him ?
Don’t be out there harassing his family or hers. This is hard enough without vultures outside their homes. The parents may not have done a great job of parenting but they have to be devastated.

For anyone who has anything unkind to say about her sneaking out at 1am or about her parents for *allowing* her too... seriously, just get real. I snuck out as a teen to hang out with my friends/boys. My parents did everything they could to prevent it and I had consequences but that didn’t stop me. She didn’t deserve to be murdered and her parents don’t deserve a murdered child.
These people are unreal and in severe denial. Everyone thinks they’re the perfect parent and their kid wouldn’t do this. These poor parents probably had no idea she had snuck out of the house and regardless, she didn’t deserve to lose her life. On top of that, if he was going to kill her, it didn’t matter if she snuck out or not in the middle of the night. He would’ve found a way to kill her whatever time of day.
Why were these young children allowed to wander the neighborhood at night...I never let my children run around late at night. If they had some function that lasted to late night then I would get there waiting 10 minutes before function is over to give my children a ride home. Especially for my daughter.
