Deputy Minister Sotyu donates school supplies as part of Youth Month in Mmametlhake 

Deputy Minister Makhotso Sotyu donated school supplies to several local schools in Mmametlhake in Dr. JS Moroka Local Municipality, Mpumalanga, on 13 June 2023 as part of the department’s Youth Month activities. The visit was in response to a request from Councillor NS Mtsweni to provide support to the region’s schools and learners following the damage and losses suffered earlier this year during severe storms.
Youth Day on June 16 is being commemorated under the theme of “Accelerating Collaborations and Opportunities to Improve the Lives of the Youth.”
