My first job out of high school was car detailing. I was trained for three months at dealership central, then ran the detail shop in my home town. It was one of the most satisfying jobs I've ever had. The most memorable detail was a Ford F-350 quad-cab long-bed that had massive scratches from plants at the trails at the Oregon dunes. It took me nearly three days to finish the job, but it was a complete transformation. It took three stages of buffing compound. The owner was thrilled and offered to loan me their extra quad and hit the dunes with them. I never took him up on the offer, but his appreciation alone was worth the effort. Good job, lads.

🔥Wow that PFM drying towel is unreal. I just ordered one for myself. I am a huge fan of the Griot's best of show product line. I used this system on my R32 GTR Nissan Skyline for full paint correction and it made my car look better than new.

Dang somebody went to TOWN on the wet sanding on the car and put so many deep scratches. Very huge transformation though and great demonstration

At 19 I launched one of the first mobile detailing company's in Maryland and seeing how many are around today. Many need the true paint training to be a real restorative detailing service than just a car wash. Videos like this show the difference.

Thus has been the most educational car detailing ive found. Also now im looking at their site for products. Ive gone through Turtle wax, Meguiar's, Chemical Guys, and now Griots Garage.

All I saw that was left were RIDS (random isolated deep scratches) A microfiber cut pad would of probably got those out. But, how far do you want to go with paint correction. You make it perfect and then you dont want to drive it haha. Car looks absolutely amazing! One of my favorite colors!

I do paint correction on the side and get my 6 and 8 year old involved all the time, to the point they can point out holograms and swirl marks in paint. They even know not to go through the touch car washes.

Definitely would of done an ipa wipe between buffing and ceramic spray. Get all the oils off the paint for better longevity for the ceramic spray. Johan definitely deserves it 👍

Love this kind of videos it would of been great to see them go more in depth with what products they use for every step and what machine is best for but all in all 👍🏼

awesome job. one suggestion..use a 3.5 orifice green or white pressure washer tip to increase flow while power rinsing the cars..it'll speed up the cleaning process and give better coverage than the factory crappy orange tip. also your washer is leaking check your connections 👍 you guys are 😎 I use your boss foam cannon and ceramic 3 in 1 in my arsenal of products. Griots is an amazing brand
